Walk with a guide who's walked it too
Whether you're beginning your own healing or answering the call to hold space for others, mentorship at the Hive meets you exactly where you are.
Healing is not a solo climb
Our practitioners spent years walking their own paths before guiding others — through grief, trauma, and the long work of coming home to themselves. Mentorship is how we pass that light forward: intimate, honest, and rooted in real experience. With an open heart, we meet you without judgment and without expectation.
Three pillars of the path
Root into yourself
Nervous-system regulation, shadow work, and reprogramming the beliefs that keep you small — so you heal at the root, not just the surface.
Grow your gifts
For emerging healers and facilitators: refine your craft, find your voice, and learn to hold space with integrity and confidence.
Rise in community
You're never doing this alone. Mentorship is woven through circles, ceremony, and a community that celebrates your becoming.

This path is for you if…
- You feel called to heal — and maybe, one day, to help others heal too.
- You're an emerging practitioner who wants guidance, structure, and a community.
- You're ready to release old patterns and step into your fullest expression.
- You want a mentor who leads with lived experience, not just theory.
Learn from lived experience

Hunter O'Connor
Founder · Reiki Master & Sound Healer
A Flint native with over 15 years of experience in the healing arts, Hunter is a beacon of transformation, resilience, and heart-centered healing. Her journey into the sacred work of healing began long before she stepped into the role of a practitioner — it was forged through lived experience, navigating the depths of emotional, mental, and physical trauma that so many women endure in silence.

Alberto Berich
Co-Founder · Holistic Coach & Sound Healer
From an early age, Alberto experienced how unprocessed trauma could shape a life. At 11, he watched his father pass away from a heart attack, an event that left deep emotional wounds and a lingering sense of disconnection. Struggling to navigate the weight of grief, depression, and uncertainty, he spent years searching for something to bring him back to himself.
